Hi there! I’m Rachel, the founder and coordinator of Pride Hub Hillingdon. I set up Pride Hub Hillingdon in January 2025, and I currently run the service on my own, though I’m always looking for an extra pair of hands! I’m a gay woman and I run this service in my personal time alongside my 9-5 job. I’m deeply passionate about creating safe, inclusive spaces for the LGBTQ+ community and providing as much support as possible to the community that gives me strength and determination every day. I’m by no means an expert on everything LGBTQ+! I know what I know, and if I don’t know something, I’m more than happy to take the time to find the answer. I work in a very person-centred, non-judgmental way, where no topic is off-limits, and I’ll help in any way I can.
