PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT:

This agreement ensures that all participants understand the expectations for joining Pride Hub Hillingdon’s online social groups. These groups are designed to provide a safe, inclusive, and respectful space for LGBTQ+ residents to connect.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• No referral is required to attend online social groups.
• You must complete this agreement form before the meeting link is emailed to you.
• Online social groups run from 12:00pm - 2:00pm. Attendees are not expected to stay for the full 2 hours and can join or leave at any time.
• Cameras and microphones do not need to be turned on during sessions.
• You must be 18 or over

GROUP RULES:

Respect Everyone
Treat all participants with kindness and courtesy. No discrimination, harassment, or bullying.

Confidentiality
What’s shared in the group stays in the group. Do not share personal stories or details outside the session.

Inclusive Language
Use language that is respectful and inclusive of all identities.

No Offensive or Inappropriate Content
Avoid hate speech, slurs, or any language that could harm others. Violations may result in removal, and you may not be invited to attend future online social groups.

Participation is Optional
Cameras and microphones do not need to be on. You can join and leave at any time.

No Recording
Recording sessions or taking screenshots is not allowed to protect privacy.

Follow Host Instructions
Respect the facilitator’s guidance to keep the session organised and safe.

Safeguarding

If concerns of abuse and/or neglect are raised during the social group, the host will contact the individual after the session to check on their well-being and offer further support.
